Third Year - two quarter construction drawing phase project
In the second quarter, the project has been developed into a greater scale of details. The proper materials have been analyzed and a set of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings have been produced to further explain the project in a construction document format. An elevation drawing along side with a wall section was a way to design the facade strategy along with window openings, paneling sizes and sun studies. Heating and cooling calculations helped to produce proper HVAC plans based on CFM, and reflected ceiling plans explains the placement of all the components in the ceilings such as lighting fixtures, and ducts. In addition, all the structural members have been sized to understand the structural stability of this building complex.
